Overview
Create a new location record when you need to add an additional service location to an existing customer record. Location records allow you to book jobs, route technicians, market to customers based on location, see addresses in Map 2.0 and more directly in ServiceTitan.

Permissions for Locations and the Book Job permission are required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
If you want to add a service location for a new customer, see Create a customer record.
Make sure to validate or manually enter coordinates for all street addresses so jobs can be managed properly. For help troubleshooting address validation, see Address verification is not working correctly.
If you're unable to validate the address through ServiceTitan, you can manually enter the longitude and latitude coordinates. Once added, the coordinates are used by ServiceTitan Mobile, Optimize Technician Route, Technician Arrival Tracking, and Map 2.0.
Create a new service location from the Call Booking screen
Go to the navigation bar and click Calls
.On the Call Booking screen that opens, do one of the following:
If you're answering an incoming call, click the incoming call bubble > customer name > New location.
If you’re not on the phone, search for and select the customer, then select New Location.
Note: If the customer record pops-up after selecting the customer, close it, then select New Location. You can prevent this pop-up from opening automatically by ssetting individual call booking preferences.
Tip: You see New Location only after you select the customer, otherwise you see New Customer.

Enter the following details:
Location Name
Location Address: The service location address. Include the street, city, state, country, zip or postal code, and if applicable, the apartment, unit, or suite number.
Note: If the address populates for validation, select it from the Suggested Address dropdown to validate it. If it doesn’t populate, manually enter the longitude and latitude coordinates so jobs can be managed properly.

When finished, click Save.
Note: After adding the new service location, if the customer’s billing address is also changing, be sure to update that on their customer record.
Create a new service location from the Customer Record
Search for and open the customer record you want to add a new service location to.
Go to the Locations section and click Add Location.
Follow the same steps to enter the new service location details.
When finished, click Save.
