Confirming proper setup of tracking numbers for tracking leads

Problem

You want to confirm if a phone number is set up properly to take inbound calls and track leads from advertising.

Solution

1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings.

2. Click Phones or Phones Pro > Phone Numbers.

3. Check if the phone number is listed in the Phone Numbers list.

4. Click Edit and ensure the Default Call Type is selected as Lead.

5. In the Assign Number to Target section, select Office.
