Problem
The Certificate window does not pop up after installing/updating QBD 2.0 web connector.
Solution
Delete connection
If the certificate window does not pop up after installing/updating 2.0 web connector:
In Quickbooks go to Preferences > Integrated Applications.

Delete the existing ServiceTitan connection from the list so it's not displayed in this table:

You can now re-install the 2.0 Web Connector and the Certificate Window should appear.
