Can I download a list of all my customers and their email addresses for customers with an active membership?

Problem

You want to send marketing emails to customers with active memberships. You do not have Marketing Pro. You need to download customer data with email addresses to use external email tools.

Solution

Export customer list

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Search.

2. Click the Search dropdown and select Customer.

3. Click on the Member Status filter dropdown and select Active.

4. Click Search .

5. Review the list of customers with active memberships.

6. Click the Arrow next to the Search.

7. Select Export to Excel from the dropdown menu.

8. Save the exported file to your computer.

9. Open the Excel file to access customer email addresses and use the email addresses with your preferred email marketing tool.
