Problem

Inbound calls are showing up on the call booking, but no calls go through.

Solution

  1. Go to the phone numbers that are not working.

  2. Test the phone numbers by placing a call to them.

  3. If the phone numbers do not work, contact Technical Support.

Note: If the phone number that isn't working is set up as a Forwarding Number, it will not show in ServiceTitan. Make sure the number you are calling is not set as a forwarding number.
