Problem

An agent is not getting credit for a manual job they booked. This occurs when another agent accidentally linked an unrelated call to the job in question.

Solution

To solve the issue, detach the incorrect call from the job.

Detach incorrect calls from the job

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Search.

  2. From the Search dropdown select Job.

  3. Type the job number in question in the filter.

  4. Run search.

  5. Click the job number.
