Adding New Phone Numbers to Phones Pro

Problem

You need to add three new phone numbers to Phones Pro with an area code that is exhausted. You need to find an alternative area code.

Solution

1. Log in to your ServiceTitan account.

2. Go to Settings > Phones Pro > Phone Numbers.

3. Click Add New Numbers.

4. Enter the desired area code in the search bar.

5. Check if the area code is available.

6. If the area code is not available, search for an alternative area code or zip code.

7. Once you find an available area code, select the phone number you want to add.

8. Click Choose Number.

9. Wait for the new phone number to be added to your account.

10. Verify that the new phone number has been added successfully.

11. Repeat steps 6 through 10 if you want to add more than one number.
