The process of receiving a PO and adjusting prices must be done manually for each project invoice. This ensures that only selected jobs have materials from POs added with the correct pricing.

Add items from a purchase order to a project invoice

1. Go to the PO you want to add to a project invoice.

2. Receive the PO. This action adds the materials and their cost information to the job.

3. Ensure you do this only for jobs turned into projects. There's no way to limit this action to project invoices only.

Generate a unit price for a pricebook task from a purchase order

1. Currently, ServiceTitan does not automatically generate a unit price for a pricebook task based on the PO amount.

2. To set a unit price for materials added from a PO, manually adjust the price when adding the materials to the invoice. Consider the cost and add your desired markup.
