Add custom project sub-statuses

Overview

There are several default statuses for projects in Settings, but you can also add custom sub-statuses.

Add a custom sub-status

To add custom sub-statuses to each of the default statuses provided in Settings:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. .

  2. Click Operations > Project Statuses. The Project Statuses page opens.

  3. Find the status for which you want to add a sub-status.

  4. Click Add SubstatusProject statuses with options to add subtasks and descriptions for each status.

  5. Enter the name of the sub-status. Project statuses section showing options to add and edit substatuses for scheduling.        

    Note: You can edit or remove sub-statuses creating them. To remove a substatus, click the Deleteicon.

  6. When you're finished, click Save.
