# Add an item to the purchase order in the inventory mobile app

## Overview

You can add items from Pricebook to the purchase order (PO) in the inventory mobile app.

## Things to know

- You can add items that aren't attached to the current purchase order (PO).

## Add an item

1. 2. On the *Add Item* screen that opens, search for the item by name code, or part number.
3. 4. On the confirmation pop-up, tap **Add**.

These items are marked as **Not Ordered** and you get notification about the following issue in ServiceTitan.
