Access timesheets

Overview

Office employees who have enabled the Allow to view and edit user timesheet activities permission can view and edit timesheets. They can access and edit timesheets from the Time Clock, Dispatch board, or the Job sections.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators

  • Primarily for Commercial Service and Replacement business types

Edit timesheets from the Time Clock

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click your Profile icon.

  2. Select Time Clock from the dropdown.

  3. On the Time Clock screen, click View Timesheet.

  4. The Timesheet screen opens. Here, you can edit the selected employee and the most recent pay period. You can also add a time entry. For more, see Add time entry.

Edit timesheets from the Dispatch Board

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Dispatch.

  2. Click the technician profile picture.

  3. Select Edit timesheets.

Edit timesheets from the Job record

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Searchto find job records.

  2. Select a job.

  3. From the Job Actions dropdown, click Timesheets.
