Check deposits reports can be viewed to reconcile bank account information.

Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.
Permissions for Payments are required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Access check deposits
To access check deposit reports in SmartPay, complete the following:
Log into SmartPay.
Navigate to Reports.

The Reports screen will appear, where you can click + New Report to create a custom report or select a report from the list of reports on the right.

Scroll down the list of reports on the right and click Credits and Debits to Your Merchant Settlement Account. This report will show you the deposits that you received.

Enter the date range for the report. Then, click Get Batches. A list of batches that were processed within the date range will appear.

You can view individual transaction details that make up the batch by clicking the Transaction Detail icon next to the desired transaction.

Note: The customer name and invoice will not display if the check was processed as a Mobile Check Capture.
