What is the process for pushing the dates of membership recurring visits?

Problem

Sometimes, the dates for recurring service events need to be changed. This could be because a service happened earlier or later than planned.

Solution

  1. Go to the customer's profile.

  2. Select the membership you want to update.

  3. Click the Recurring Service that you want to change.

  4. Edit the From date to adjust all future dates.

  5. Confirm the changes. The system will now calculate the next service event date based on the new start date.

This change is not retroactive and does not affect all customer memberships. You will need to adjust each customer's recurring service events one by one. However, once you set the new start date, the system automatically calculates and adjusts the following service dates for that specific customer.

You can use the filter option in the Follow Up tab to find a list of customers who need their recurring service events' dates changed. This will help you manage and update the dates more efficiently.
