You set up a membership as continuous but you only want to offer a one-time recurring service.
Solution
Decide if you want to change the Membership type completely or only for one customer.
Change the membership type
Go to Settings > Invoicing > Membership Types.
Edit the membership type you need to change.
Click Recurrences > Add Recurring services.
Click Edit Existing Service under the Recurring Service.
Under Schedule Settings, click the Duration Type dropdown and select # of Total Visits.
Enter 1 in the # of Total Visits field.
Click Save.
Note: This change will only be reflected on Customer Memberships that are sold after editing the membership type.
Change the customer membership
Go to the customer profile that the membership is sold to.
Click the membership that you want to edit.
On the membership page, click the recurring service that you want to edit.
Under Schedule Settings, click the Duration Type dropdown and select # of Total Visits.
Enter 1 in the # of Total Visits field.
Click Save.
