Solution Follow the steps to grant the permission.
Enable permission Go to the navigation bar and click Settings .
In the side panel, go to People > Employees.
Locate the employee and click Edit.
Go to the Permissions tab
Check the box for Allow employees viewing user and role permissions audit trail permission.
When finished, click Save Changes .
A downloadable log of who changed what record and when.
What it does: Provides change history for accountability, error investigation, and compliance across teams.
