Things to know
Pull-through work is the process of booking jobs tied to a service agreement, where you can filter and attach only the equipment covered by that agreement.
Search for equipment by service agreement
Quickly locate specific equipment by typing in identifiers, such as model numbers, names, or other relevant keywords.
Go to the navigation bar and click Calls.
Search for and select the appropriate customer.
Click Attach Equipment.

In the Equipment drawer that opens, search for the equipment record.

Select the equipment and click Attach.

Filter by service agreement
You can narrow down equipment results to those linked to a specific service agreement at the job's location.

To do this, click the service agreement filter on the Attach Equipment drawer.
When selected, the drawer displays only the equipment covered by that specific agreement.

View applied filters
If you are currently booking a pull-through job and have already selected the service agreement, the filter will be automatically applied to the Attach Equipment drawer.

You can immediately see only the applicable equipment tied to the selected agreement, no need for manual filtering.
