Check the membership sale task price

Problem

You notice that the membership sale task price on the invoice does not match the actual price.

Solution

  1. Go to Settings > Invoicing > Membership Types.

  2. Find the membership type for which the sale task price is inaccurate and click Edit.

  3. Click on Billing.

  4. Select Create Prices.

  5. If the answer to the question Do you want to use the membership pricing table to set prices on invoices and estimates? is set to:        

    • Yes: You can check the Sale Price.

    • No: Go to the navigation bar, click on PriceBook, search the sale task, and see what the price is set to.

To check what prices were set when adding the sale task to invoices throughout time, you can run the Memberships Sold By report:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click on Reports.

  2. Search the Memberships Sold By report.

  3. Filter the report for the membership type, and click Run Report.

By following these steps, you can find what the membership sale task is set to and by running the report you can see historically what the price used to be set to.
