Problem
Your memberships are expiring before all recurring service events can be completed. As a result, customers may miss out on the benefits included with their membership, and your company may lose the opportunity to complete and bill the remaining services.
Solution
To ensure customers receive all of their membership benefits, you can enable the Keep Membership Active Until the Last Event feature.

When enabled, the Keep Membership Active Until the Last Event feature keeps a membership in an Active status until the final recurring service event has been booked into a job or dismissed. This allows customers to continue receiving membership benefits, such as discounts and included recurring service events, stopping the original membership end date from passing.
How the feature works:
The membership remains Active until the last recurring service event is completed or dismissed.
The membership end date is automatically extended past the To date one day at a time until all recurring service events have been completed.
The feature applies to all membership types in your account.
You cannot manually change a membership's status to Expired while there are still incomplete recurring service events.
Enabling this feature helps ensure customers receive all of the services included in their membership while allowing your company to complete the remaining recurring service events. Without this feature, memberships will expire based on the set end date.
