Activate Auto-Classification of Spam Calls in ServiceTitan

Problem

You want to know how to activate the auto-classification of spam calls in ServiceTitan.

Solution

  1. Go to the ServiceTitan dashboard.

  2. Click the Phones tab.        

    Note: There is no current option to auto-classify spam calls if you use basic phones. If you want to auto-classify spam calls, you need to upgrade to Phones Pro. To get started with Phones Pro, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager.

  3. Within Phones Pro, different advanced settings prevent spam calls.
