Feature Spotlights
Ability to apply tags to the Job, Customer, and/or Location when adding or editing a form: Now when you add or edit forms in Settings > Forms, you will be able to apply tags to the job, customer, and/or location. Then, you will be able to select the Tag(s) that you would like to apply to your selections.
Additional PDF form Smart Field codes: Additional PDF form Smart Field codes have been added to Mobile. You may use any of the following new codes to set up your PDF form smart fields:

Custom date range selector in Mobile Technician Dashboard: Technicians can now set a custom date range to view the Technician Dashboard. To set a custom date range, complete the following:
Navigate to the Dashboard.
Use the Trailing 30 Days dropdown to select Custom Date Range.
Set a custom date range. You can use the arrows to navigate to a different month. Once you set a custom date range, the date range selected will change colors.
When you are finished, tap the Check icon.
Other Features and Improvements
ALERTS
Clickable Job ID: On any email alert where the Job ID is visible, the Job ID is now a clickable link rather than just text. The link will lead to the Job Page for that job.
Email alerts that now include the link include the following:

Job Booked
Job Cancelled

CUSTOMER AND LOCATION RECORDS
Job Display on Customer and Location Records: Previously in ServiceTitan
The Jobs display on customer and location record pages showed 5 jobs by default and displayed the business unit, scheduled date, type, total, technicians, priority, and status for those jobs.
What's new with this feature
The Jobs display on customer and location record pages will show 15 jobs by default. In addition to information regarding the business unit, scheduled date, type, total, technicians, priority, and status of the job, you will also see the Job number.
DISPATCH BOARD
Technician Visibility on the Dispatch Board: Previously in ServiceTitan
Technicians who were not dispatched to a job on a particular day in the past did not show up on the Dispatch Board for those days, even if they had clocked in or been assigned to a job or non-job event for that day.
What’s new with this feature
You will be able to view which technicians worked on a particular day more easily when looking back at past dates on the Dispatch Board.
A technicians will show up on the Dispatch Board if any of the following applies for that day:
The technician was assigned to at least one job that was scheduled, worked on, completed, placed on hold, or cancelled.
The technician had at least one non-job events.
The technician clocked in/out.
ESTIMATES
Updates to Opportunity Follow-Up: Ability to unsell an estimate: When permission is enabled, Office employees will be able to unsell a sold estimate on the Opportunity Follow-Up when the sold estimate meets the following criteria:
A signature is not attached to the sold estimate.
The work of the estimate has not been booked into a new job.
To unsell a sold estimate, complete the following:
Navigate to Follow Up > Sold Estimates.
Click into the sold estimate you wish to unsell.
Click View Opportunity. The Opportunity Follow-Up will appear.
Next to the Status field, click Unsell.
To set permission for a employee, complete the following:
Navigate to Settings > Employees.
Click Edit next to the desired employee.
Click the Permissions tab.
Check Sell/Unsell Estimate.
When you are finished, click Save.
INVOICING
Create adjustment invoice with prepopulated invoice date: Whenever an adjustment invoice is created, the invoice date will be automatically populated with the current date.
Signature Date Stamp added to new Invoice layout: Previously in ServiceTitan
When collecting a signature from a customer, no date was saved by ServiceTitan or displayed next to the signature in the new invoice layout.
What's new with this feature
When collecting a signature from a customer on an estimate or invoice from Mobile, the signature date stamp will be auto-populated and displayed next to that that signature in the date field on the printed estimate or invoice. However, this change will not be visible from Mobile preview.
JOBS AND PROJECTS
Additional restrictions on required forms: Previously in ServiceTitan
Office employees would be able to complete a job, even if a form was marked required and was not complete.
What's new with this feature
When this feature is enabled for your account, Office employees will not be able to complete a job if a form is marked required and is not yet complete.
To fill out required forms and close out the job, complete the following:
Navigate to the job.
Click Complete Job.
A pop up will appear stating You cannot complete this job out until all required Forms have been completed. Click Okay.
Once you click Okay, you will automatically be taken to the Files tab on the Job screen, where you can view required forms.
Complete all required forms.
Once all required forms are completed, a completed tag will appear next to the form and you will be able to close out the job as you normally would.
MEMBERSHIPS
Completing recurring events on a job: Previously in ServiceTitan
When a technician was working on a job for a location with an upcoming recurring event, the event could only be marked as complete while the job was in a scheduled or working status.
What's new with this feature
Now you can mark recurring events as completed if the job is scheduled, working, or completed and the invoice is not posted or exported. When a technician is performing a job at a location which also has a recurring event, the office can now mark this event as complete if the technician forgot to mark the event as complete whilst working on the job.
To mark a recurring event as complete, navigate to the completed job, and click Mark as complete for the recurring event.

MOBILE
Photo sync icon on Mobile forms: Previously in ServiceTitan
When a customer would take a photo on a form question, the camera icon would turn from blue to green once the photo was finished syncing.
What's new with this feature
Now when a customer takes a photo on a form question, they will notice a sync icon and a number icon to the right of the camera. The sync icon will only appear when photos are in the process of being uploaded and the number icon will tell you how many photos are left to be uploaded. Once the photos are done uploading, the camera icon will change from blue to green.
View approved TURNS application on NEXT: In ServiceTitan NEXT, customers will now be able to walk through the entire TURNS application process, automatically be approved, and view an approved loan application.
To walk through the TURNS application process and view an approved loan application, complete the following:
Open ServiceTitan NEXT (Mobile).
Navigate to the Job > Invoice > Pay.
Tap Apply for Financing.
Tap Apply Now under TURNS Financing Services.
Enter Prequalification Application details and tap Continue.
Check the Electronic Consent boxes and tap Submit. An approved loan application will appear, where you may view available offers.
Once you have reviewed available offers and the Summary of credit terms, tap Select next to desired offer.
Once you select an offer, tap Continue.
Check the credit agreement box to accept the loan offer. Then, tap Exit.

GreenSky® Financing: Updates to disclosures for compliance: When you add details to the New Application tab in the Greensky Financing application and select Yes under Co-Applicant, you will be prompted to fill in Co-Applicant details before tapping Next. When you tap Next, you will be presented with the the following disclosures:
If you tap No under Co-Applicant, you will only see an Applicant checkbox on the Disclosures screen. You must check all applicable disclosures to move forward with the GreenSky® application process.

PAYMENTS
ACH Payment Compliance updates: ServiceTitan features have been built in the Office to comply with ACH payment authorization requirements. With this feature enabled, Office employees will be required to specify how they obtained ACH authorization by selecting Telephone, Mail, or In Person as the Authorization Method and answering a question, based on the Authorization Method to process the ACH payment.

PAYROLL
Payroll ID Field for Technicians: Previously in ServiceTitan
When exporting payroll reporting information for use in certain payroll processors, you would have to manually enter Payroll ID numbers for technicians before uploading the payroll report for processing.
What's new with this feature
You can assign a Payroll ID number to a technician through their user settings page.
The Payroll ID numbers you add this way will automatically export into the following reports:

PRICEBOOK
Add-Ons field in Services and Equipment changed to Recommendations: Previously in ServiceTitan
When looking at a specific service or equipment in the Pricebook, you would see the Add-Ons field which allowed you to add recommended suggestions. The technician then was able to view this Add-On when adding that specific service or equipment to the invoice. Also when exporting the Pricebook, you were able to see a columns for Add-Ons in the Services and Equipment tab.

What's new with this feature
Now when looking at a specific service or equipment in the Pricebook, instead of seeing an Add-Ons field, you will see a Recommendations field. This is also reflected in the exported Pricebook.
