What’s changing with Job Detail Popover Support on New Daily Dispatch Board?
Before, you had to click into each job to see basic details, like service location, technician, and arrival time. Now, you can hover over a job bubble in either the Horizontal or Vertical view and see a popover with that information. This brings back the quick-glance workflow familiar from the legacy board. It helps you make faster decisions and avoid switching screens.

Before (Current)
Go to the navigation bar and click Dispatch > Daily Dispatch Board.
On the Daily Dispatch board screen that opens, click a job to view service details.
The job details flyout opens and you lose context on the schedule layout while reviewing.
Go back to the Daily Dispatch Board to take action.
Impact: This slowed down high-volume dispatching and made the new board harder to use than the old one.
