This new feature gives authorized administrators control to set up and manage Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on (SSO) directly in Enterprise Hub.

What's new?

Now, authorized administrators can set up and manage SSO connections to Microsoft Entra ID directly from two new pages in Enterprise Hub. This includes linking user accounts and checking connection status. New permission controls restrict access to this configuration to approved roles only.

  • Single sign-on (SSO) was not available in Enterprise Hub.

After

  1. Go to Enterprise Hub > Settings > Single Sign-On.

  2. Use the new settings page to connect your Microsoft Entra ID.

  3. Go to User Management > Security > SSO to link user accounts.

  4. Monitor SSO status and make adjustments as needed.

  5. Roll out SSO across business units with full visibility.

    Impact: Reduces reliance on support and gives administrators faster control of secure access.

How to Prepare?

  1. Have an administrator reach out to Support or your CSM to enable the SSO configurations for your account.

  2. Confirm the appropriate Enterprise Hub administrators who need access to the new SSO settings.

  3. Identify which roles should be granted the new permission: Settings > Manage Single Sign On (SSO).

  4. Train internal IT or technical admins on how to connect and monitor Entra ID within Enterprise Hub.

  5. Align internal policies for identity and access management across business units.

  6. Check that the Microsoft Entra ID tenant is active and correctly configured before linking.
