When someone closes the online scheduler without booking, ServiceTitan now marks the lead as abandoned right away. You receive the contact information in Booking or Lead in less than a minute instead of waiting up to five minutes. You can follow up manually or trigger an automatic short message service (SMS) with a booking link. This helps you reach out while the lead is still active.

In Scheduler Details, under the Sync to ServiceTitan section, update the Send abandoned session to me in ST dropdown to Customer closes scheduler.
