This improvement adds a distinct icon color to the lightning bolt on dispatch-specific jobs so Dispatchers can quickly tell apart automated Dispatch Pro jobs from other jobs on the board.
What's changing?
Previously, the lightning bolt icon on jobs managed by Dispatch Pro appeared in the same color as other bolt icons on the Dispatch Board. When Dispatch Pro is enabled and a job is dispatch-specific, the lightning bolt icon now appears in a separate color. This applies to both dispatch boards. A tooltip has also been added or updated for dispatch-specific jobs to help explain the icon when you hover over it.
Before and After
Before (Current)
Open the Dispatch Board.
Review jobs on the board. Jobs where Dispatch Pro has auto-assigned a technician show the same lightning bolt icon as other jobs. There is no color difference.
To confirm whether a job is dispatch-specific, hover over the bolt or click into the job to check its Dispatch Pro status.
With many jobs on the board during a busy service day, it takes extra time to identify which ones are being handled automatically by Dispatch Pro.
Impact: Dispatchers spend time clicking into individual jobs to verify Dispatch Pro status rather than managing the queue.

Review jobs on the board. Jobs where Dispatch Pro has auto-assigned a technician now display the lightning bolt icon in a distinct color.
Hover over the colored bolt to see an updated tooltip that explains the dispatch-specific status of the job.

How it works for your industry
Residential Service and Replacement
A dispatcher managing a full day of HVAC service calls opens the Dispatch Board and immediately spots the colored bolt icons on two jobs Dispatch Pro has auto-assigned. She focuses her attention on the remaining jobs that need manual routing without having to open each appointment to check its status.
A plumbing company runs Dispatch Pro in auto mode during peak hours. When a same-day emergency job comes in, the dispatcher scans the board, sees which jobs Dispatch Pro is already handling via the colored bolt, and steps in only for the new job that needs manual assignment.
A residential electrical contractor uses Dispatch Pro to balance technician workloads. The dispatcher notices several jobs without the colored bolt and knows those are the ones that still need attention, without clicking into a single appointment.
Commercial Service and Replacement
A dispatcher managing service calls across several commercial accounts opens the Dispatch Board and uses the colored bolt icons to confirm that Dispatch Pro has already assigned technicians to the high-priority preventive maintenance (PM) visits. She turns her focus to the remaining accounts that need manual coverage.
A commercial HVAC company runs Dispatch Pro alongside a large technician roster. When a last-minute service call comes in from a key account, the dispatcher scans the board, sees which jobs are already dispatch-specific via the colored icon, and assigns the new call to the next available technician without disrupting the automated assignments.
A multi-site facilities contractor uses Dispatch Pro to handle recurring commercial jobs. The dispatcher hovers over a colored bolt icon on an unfamiliar job, reads the updated tooltip to confirm its dispatch-specific status, and leaves it in Dispatch Pro's hands while manually reviewing the rest of the queue.
