Apply each company's brand colors automatically when deploying campaigns in Marketing Pro Enterprise
This new feature in Marketing Pro Enterprise applies each company's own brand colors to an email campaign at the moment it is deployed, so a single campaign reaches every company in your network correctly branded. This feature is currently in Private Preview and not available for all accounts.

What's new
Before, deploying a campaign from Marketing Pro Enterprise sent every company in the network the same template colors, so matching a brand meant signing in to that company and editing the campaign template by hand, element by element. Now each company saves its brand colors once in ServiceTitan settings, and Marketing Pro Enterprise substitutes those colors into the campaign for each company at deploy time. You assign which colors in the template act as the primary and secondary colors, preview the campaign company by company before anything sends, and deploy. Pushing a template across the network applies the same substitution.
Workflow comparison — before & after
← Before
✓ After
1.Build an email campaign in your template company, then deploy it to the companies in your network from the Manage Campaigns screen.
1.Each company saves its brand colors once, in Settings > Brand Settings > Edit Brand.
2.Every company receives the campaign in the template's colors, regardless of its own brand.
2.Open the Manage Campaigns screen in Marketing Pro Enterprise and start a deployment from the Launch Campaign flyout.
3.Sign in to each company separately to correct the branding.
3.Turn on Assign Template Colors, then select which colors detected in the template act as the primary and secondary colors.
4.Edit the campaign template by hand in that company, changing colors element by element.
4.Select each company from the dropdown to preview the campaign rendered in that company's brand colors.
5.Repeat for every company in the network, and again for every campaign.
5.Deploy. Each company receives the campaign in its own colors, with no company opened and no template edited.
⚠ Branding a single campaign across a network of 50 brands means 50 separate sign-ins and 50 rounds of manual editing, so campaigns are often sent unbranded or are not deployed from Marketing Pro Enterprise at all.
✓ One deployment reaches every brand correctly branded, so a network can run centralized campaigns without trading away brand consistency.
How it works for your industry
Residential Service and Replacement
A multi-brand plumbing and heating group sends a spring tune-up campaign from Marketing Pro Enterprise, and each brand's email arrives in that brand's colors without anyone signing in to the individual companies.
A group adds a newly acquired company to the network, saves that company's brand colors in Brand Settings, and the next deployment picks them up automatically.
A marketing manager previews an unsold estimate follow-up company by company in the Launch Campaign flyout, catching a brand that has no colors saved before the campaign is sent.
Commercial Service and Replacement
A commercial mechanical group running several regional brands deploys one preventive maintenance (PM) reminder campaign, and each region's email carries its own colors.
A group pushes a shared campaign template across the network, and every company receives it already themed to its own brand.
A marketing manager rebrands one company in the network by changing its saved colors, and every campaign deployed after that point reflects the change.
How to prepare
01
This feature is currently in Private Preview and not available for all accounts.
02
Have an administrator reach out to Support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to have brand color substitution for Marketing Pro Enterprise and any prerequisite configurations enabled.
03
Confirm your account meets the requirements. Your account must be attached to an Enterprise Hub network and must be on Marketing Pro V2. Solo accounts cannot use this feature. Moving an account to Marketing Pro V2 cannot be done by Support and requires an engineering request.
04
Confirm the View permission for Marketing is enabled on the Enterprise Hub roles that need it. This is an existing permission, not a new one, and no permissions change in this release.
05
Ask each company in your network to save its brand colors in Settings > Brand Settings > Edit Brand before you deploy. A company with no colors saved receives the campaign in the template's original colors, and no warning is shown. Confirm the campaign template has primary and secondary colors assigned, because substitution is skipped when it does not.
