Find revenue generated by members: recommended workflowLast updated on 05/12/2023
This article explains how to build a report to find revenue generated by customers who were members at the time of the job but may no longer be members.
Things to know
The Membership Summary report and Active Member report show information about active members. For historical information about customers who were members at the time but may no longer be members, we recommend using the Business Unit Performance report template.
Workflows
Build the report
Write out the workflow in instruction form/steps:
Create a report using the Business Unit Performance report template.
Include the Job Completion Percent from Members' KPI.
Run the report.
Export the data to Excel
Click the Job Completion Percent from Members KPI for the Business Unit.
Export the drill-down.
Repeat steps 1-2 for each Business Unit.
Compile all data into Excel, so you have it for all Business Units.
Filter “member status” does not equal inactive “not a member”> sum up the “Revenue” column.
This will show the revenue from customers who were a member within the report date range.
