This article explains how to build a report to find revenue generated by customers who were members at the time of the job but may no longer be members.

Workflows

Build the report

Write out workflow in instruction form/steps:

  1. Create a report using the Business Unit Performance report template

  2. Include the Job Completion Percent from Members KPI

  3. Run the report


Export the data to Excel

  1. Click in to the Job Completion Percent from Members KPI for the Business Unit

  2. Export the drilldown

  3. Repeat steps 1-2 for each Business Unit

  4. Compile all data into Excel, so you have it for all Business Units

  5. Filter “member status” does not equal inactive “not a member”> sum up the “Revenue” column

This will show the revenue from customers who were a member within the report date range.
