This guide provides steps to follow when you can't view an estimate that was deleted from ServiceTitan but still can be accessed from the job audit trail.

When an estimate is deleted from ServiceTitan, it will not show up on the customer profile, invoice, or job page. However, it can still be accessed from the job audit trail.


1. Go to the job audit trail.

2. Select the deleted estimate that you want to view.

3. Duplicate the estimate by clicking on "Duplicate" at the top right corner of the page.

4. Edit the duplicate estimate as per your requirement.

5. Save the edited estimate.

6. The duplicated estimate will now appear on the customer profile, job page, and invoice.
