My jobs are not on the Job Completion Surveys listLast updated on 04/21/2022
The article helps you troubleshoot when a job is not in the job completion Surveys list in the Follow Up section in ServiceTitan.
A job is not in the job completion Surveys list in Follow Up in ServiceTitan because the job is marked as No charge/non-Opportunity and/or the job doesn’t meet the Sold Threshold criteria in ServiceTitan.
If the job is not in the Surveys list of the Follow Up section in ServiceTitan. To check whether or not the job is convertible or meets the Sold Threshold criteria, follow the workflows. Click each possible reason to access the workflows:
Note: Follow Up only lists the completed job surveys and doesn’t list the job surveys that come through the third-party management companies, such as PulseM, Podium, ReviewBuzz.
Check the job convertibility
In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Search.
In the Search dropdown, select Job.
Click the job you want to make changes. The job screen opens.
From the Job screen, click the Edit icon.
In the Edit Job screen, check whether or not the No Charge/Non-opportunity option is marked.
Check the Sold Threshold Criteria
In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Settings > Job Types.
In Job Types, select the job and click Edit.
Check the amount in the Sold Threshold field.
Follow the steps in the Check the job convertibility workflow to go to the job screen.
Check and compare the amount in the Completed field with the amount in the Sold Threshold field.
Note: If the job invoice balance is equal to or higher than the amount in the Sold Threshold field, then it meets the Sold Threshold. So it will appear in the Surveys list.
