This guide explains how to resolve the error message that occurs when trying to sell an estimate from the office side in ServiceTitan.

When trying to sell an estimate from the office side, an error message appears.
Go to the invoice and check the splits to see if the technician with 100% splits is an active, managed technician.
If the technician with 100% splits is not an active, managed technician, assign a managed technician from the invoice.
Adjust splits by adding another technician and give the managed technician 100% of the splits.
Save the changes.
Sell the estimate.
Note: It is possible to adjust the splits even if the invoice is already exported.
