Problem
When exporting a batch to QuickBooks desktop from ServiceTitan, you may receive the following error message: "Create operation is not allowed due to lock level. Source key: ###-##-####."
Solution
Change the name of the old material to a different name in QuickBooks.
Create a new material with the same name as the material in ServiceTitan in QuickBooks and make sure it's a service.
Deactivate the old material in ServiceTitan.
Export the batch again.
If the issue persists:
Check if the invoice already exists in QuickBooks. If it does, link/merge the record in QuickBooks that is preventing the creation of a new item.
If the equipment hasn't been exported from ServiceTitan yet, export the Pricebook file and import the Equipment list into QuickBooks.
If the equipment has already been exported from ServiceTitan, add the new equipment manually in QuickBooks.
