Problem

You have hired a new employee and the new hire has clocked in and out since Monday, but when you see the timesheets, it only shows the information for the current day. The timesheets now also show the information for yesterday, but it is not showing the information for Monday.

Solution

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings

  2. In the side panel, go to People > Employees. The Employees screen opens.

  3. Click Edit for the employee you want to add payroll settings for, then click the Payroll tab.

  4. Check if the payroll is enabled for the new employee. If payroll isn’t enabled, use the toggle to enable it for the employee.

  5. Check if the employee has another profile. If yes, delete the other profile.

  6. If the issue still persists, advise the customer to edit the timesheet for the employee manually.

  7. If none of these solutions work, contact Technical Support for further assistance.

Note: Make sure to enable payroll for new employees and delete any duplicate profiles. If the issue still persists, manually edit the timesheet.
