Problem

You want to know whether ServiceTitan can update their payroll and back-end features to accommodate overtime adjustments that include spiff and commission amounts, as you have been informed that the IRS is requiring such adjustments.

Solution

This feature is not available in ServiceTitan at this time, and the workaround is to manually add the overtime adjustments. You can use the Payroll Adjustment Template to make the adjustments in bulk or create individual payroll adjustments.
