The article helps to troubleshoot when a customer doesn't receive Marketing Pro campaign emails to all of their email addresses.
The problem is that a user doesn’t get Marketing Pro campaign emails to all of their profile emails.
The system can only select one email per customer for Marketing Pro campaigns, and it automatically sends to the first non-suppressed email address listed in the user’s profile.
Note: The email should also have the Marketing updates toggle enabled.
Check the first email on the user profile
In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click the Search icon.
From the Search dropdown, select Customer.
Select the customer from the list.
On the Customer page, click the Edit icon.
In the Edit Customer page, make the email address that you want to get Marketing updates the first one in the contact list. Note: Make sure to enable the Marketing updates toggle next to the email address.
