Problem

You want to see analytics/reporting for deactivated users and their direct dial numbers in Dialpad, but you can’t find how to do so. This information can’t be pulled from Dialpad, so you must use the Call Center Performance by CSR report for deactivated users in ServiceTitan.


Solution

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Reports. The All Reports screen opens displaying reports on cards in a grid. 

  2. Use search to find Call Center Performance by CSR.

  3. Select the desired date range.

  4. Under CSR Status select Inactive.

  5. Under CSR Type select Direct Dial.

  6. Click Search.

  7. Export the report as a CSV file.

  8. Open the CSV file in a spreadsheet program.

  9. Locate the Direct Dial column to view the direct dial numbers of deactivated users.

Note: It is not possible to view analytics/reporting for deactivated users and their direct dial numbers in Dialpad.
