This guide will show you how to bulk update categories and category mapping for your Pricebook items in ServiceTitan.

Problem

You want to bulk update the categories and category mapping for your Pricebook items. You have an MS Excel file with the sub-categories you want to map, but you're not sure how to do it in ServiceTitan.


Solution

  1. Open the MS Excel file with the sub-categories you want to map.

  2. In the Category column of the template, enter the final destination of the category mapping.

  3. Save the MS Excel file.

  4. In ServiceTitan, go to Pricebook.

  5. Click Import Pricebook Items.

  6. Choose the saved MS Excel file and click Upload.

  7. Select the option Update existing items.

  8. Click Next.

  9. Map the fields in the MS Excel file to the corresponding fields in ServiceTitan.

  10. Click Next.

  11. Review the changes and click Submit.

Congratulations! You have successfully bulk-updated the categories and category mapping for your Pricebook items in ServiceTitan.
