This guide explains how to get reporting permissions for Partner Portal when you’ve been granted access to multiple stores, but you're not appearing under Reporting Permissions in those accounts.

You recently got access to Partner Portal with multiple stores, but you’re not appearing under Reporting Permissions in those accounts.


  1. Contact your account administrator to make sure the Edit access to partner portals permission is enabled.

  2. Sign in to Partner Portal.

  3. Search by username.

  4. Search for reports and give access to each different report type.

  5. Save your changes.

Note: Searching for "reporting permissions" will not give access to different types of reports via Partner Portal. You need to sign in first before it becomes available.
