This article helps to understand why customers are only posting reputation reviews internally to ServiceTitan instead of posting public reviews on Google and Facebook.
The problem is that customers aren’t posting public reviews to Google and Facebook. They only post internally to ServiceTitan.
Ensure customers post their reputation reviews publicly
The solution is to push more customers to review publicly on Google and Facebook versus only in ServiceTitan.
With ServiceTitan's Reputation Management, customers can leave reviews for companies on public-facing sites like Google and Facebook. Those reviews will populate directly in the Marketing Pro Reputation module.
Some setups make it easier for customers to review directly to the public-facing site, such as Facebook and Google, and other setups make customers leave mainly internal reviews.
To facilitate customers’ reviews to be public-facing:
In ServiceTitan, go to Marketing Pro Reputation and click Review Generation.
To review the survey in question, click Edit.
In the review creation flow, go to Prompt.
Deselect the Landing Page and Internal Feedback.
To save changes, click Continue and then Update Survey.
