Problem

When navigating to Titan Advisor and clicking on Accounting, two red dots appear with the message Review and post financial transactions and Export financial transactions to Intacct. You’re unsure how to resolve this issue.

Solution

First, check if the account is configured to export only bills and not receipts. To do this:

1. Go to Titan Advisor in the main navigation bar.

2. Click on Required Features Remaining in Launch.

3. Click on the dropdown and select Accounting.

   4. Check if the account is set to export only bills by looking at the configuration.

Then, check if there are any exported or bypassed receipts from 31-60 days ago. To do this:

Go to Titan Advisor in the main navigation bar.

2. Click on Required Features Remaining in Launch.

3. Click on the dropdown and select Accounting.

   4. Check if any receipts were exported or bypassed within the given date range.

Export returns constantly to keep the percentage above the threshold. Keep in mind that the metric changes dynamically, so it's essential to keep exporting returns constantly.

If bills have not been posted or exported within 31-60 days, the metric will show 0%. Make sure to post or export any bills that fall within this range.

Note: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Technical Support for further assistance.

Important note: Some features may not be currently included in your account and additional configuration may be required. Please contact technical support for details.
