This article helps you understand how to update company contact details (such as phone number or email) after submitting a texting brand registration with The Campaign Registry (TCR).


Problem

The problem is if a company wants to update their contact details with TCR after submitting their texting brand registration, there’s no way to edit those details directly in ServiceTitan.


Solution

Only the contact phone number, contact email address, company website, and company address can be edited in this way. If the EIN, Corporation Number, Legal Business Name, or DBA Name need to be edited, then your company will need to re-register your brand with The Campaign Registry (TCR).
