Timestamps and reports display different numbers between usersLast updated on 10/26/2022
The article helps to troubleshoot when the timestamps and reports display different numbers on different computers.
The problem is that different users see different numbers in their timestamps and reports. This can happen when the timezone or cached timezone of a device differs from the time zone of the account.
First, match the time zone of your device to the time zone of your account then, re-sign into ServiceTitan.
If that does not work, use an incognito browser.
Match the time zone to your device’s
Most ServiceTitan pages use the time zone set at the account level. To ensure your data matches that of your coworkers, please match your device time zones to the time zone of your account. If you do not know which time zone your account is in, contact Support.
In the upper right of your device, click the magnifying glass to search.
Search ‘Date and Time’ to pull up your date and time settings.
Type in your device password to unlock the date and time widget.
Update the time zone to match the accounts. Note: you can confirm the update saved by confirming your device's clock time has been updated.
Re-sign in to ServiceTitan
Time zones are stored in your browser, so after updating your browser you must sign out of ServiceTitan to ensure the time zone change was updated at the browser level. To sign out and back into ServiceTitan:
From ServiceTitan, click on your profile icon in the upper right
Input your credentials to sign back in.
Use an incognito window
If the above steps do not solve the issue, please try using an incognito window to rule out a caching issue.
Right-click on the Chrome icon and select ‘New Incognito Window’.
Sign in to ServiceTitan and check the page again.
Important note: Some features may not be currently included in your account and additional configuration may be required. Please contact technical support for details.
