This article explains how to solve the issue when Certificate Window does not pop up after installing/updating QBD 2.0 web connector.


Problem

The Certificate window does not pop up after installing/updating QBD 2.0 web connector.


Solution

Delete connection

If certificate window does not pop-up after installing/updating 2.0 web connector:

  1. In Quickbooks go to Preferences > Integrated Applications.

  2. Delete the existing ServiceTitan connection from the list so it’s not displayed in this table:

  3. You can now re-install the 2.0 Web Connector and the Certificate Window should appear.
