Technician cannot access Contact Details on a jobLast updated on 10/05/2022

The article helps you understand why a technician can’t see contact details on a job in ServiceTitan Mobile.


The problem is that technicians don’t see the Contact Details section on their Job page in ServiceTitan Mobile.


For the technician to see the Contact Details section on their Job page, you should enable the Customer Record and Location Record permissions.

Enable permissions

  1. In Settings, navigate to People > Technicians.

  2. From the list, click Edit next to the technician’s name.

  3. On the Edit Technician page, click the Permissions tab.

  4. Enable the View Customer Record and View Location Record permissions.

Enable Mobile Settings

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Settings.

  2. From the side panel, select Integrations > Mobile.

  3. In the Data Access Options section, ensure Customer Record and Location Record options are enabled.
