Register for Texting Action Cancelled Error: Can't find the state XXLast updated on 11/03/2021

Major US mobile carriers such as AT&T and T-Mobile now require businesses to register their company with The Campaign Registry (TCR) authority before sending texts to their customers from applications like ServiceTitan. Companies can complete their texting registration directly in their ServiceTitan account on the Register to Enable Text Messaging page in Settings > Your Account > Register for Texting.


Problem

Companies may run into the brand registration error “Action Cancelled: Can't find the state XX” in ServiceTitan when trying to register their company with TCR to enable texting. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the error.


Solution

Enter state name

  1. Navigate to the ServiceTitan Register to Enable Text Messaging page by clicking on the gear icon (Settings) > Your Account > Register for Texting.

  2. Click Edit in the Your Information section.

  3. Click into the State dropdown and select the correct state from the dropdown list.

  4. Make sure all other company information is correct, and then click Next and finally Submit.
