The article helps to troubleshoot when an agent is not getting credit for booking a manual job as it does not appear in the Manual tab of their Agent Scorecard.


Problem

An agent is not getting credit for a manual job they booked. This occurs when another agent accidentally linked an unrelated call to the job in question.


Solution

To solve the issue, detach the incorrect call from job


Detach incorrect call from job

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Search.

  2. From the Search dropdown select Job.

  3. Type the job number in question in the filter.

  4. Run search.

  5. Click the job number.
