This article helps you troubleshoot why technicians can’t see the check or mobile check capture type in ServiceTitan Mobile.


Problem

The problem is that the user can’t select the Mobile Check Capture type in ServiceTitan Mobile.


Solution

Add a Mobile Check Capture

To be able to select the Mobile Check Capture type in ServiceTitan Mobile:

  1. Delete the Service TitanMobile application from your mobile device.

  2. Reinstall the ServiceTitan Mobile application.

  3. Make sure to give the application permission to your camera and image gallery.

  4. Go to a job while you are in a working status.

  5. Add a mobile check capture payment to a job.
