What’s new in customer and location records?Last updated on 01/30/2023

With the enhancements added to customer and location records, you now have uniform tables with search, pagination, filtering, and sorting. Additionally, a new side menu helps you quickly navigate to a specific record you’re searching for. This makes searching across tables for information consistent and efficient.

If at any time you want to switch back to the old design, click Switch to Old Design at the top of the record above Notes.


What’s new in customer records?

  • Notes: We’ve added search and filtering.

  • Locations: We’ve moved Locations to the top under Info. We’ve also added sorting and filtering and a new column for Last Appointment.

  • Memberships: We’ve added sorting and filtering and a new column for Location.

  • Invoices: We’ve added sorting and filtering and new columns for Invoice Date, Invoice total, Invoice Balance, and Batch #.

  • Payments: Unapplied payments are now included. We’ve also added new columns for Invoice #, Payment ID, Date, Amount, Credit Available, Type, Applied Status, Export Status, and Refund Status.

  • Payment Methods: We’ve added sorting and filtering.

  • Customer Statement Log: We’d added sorting and filtering. You can also now choose to show up to 30 records at a time.

  • Jobs: We’ve added sorting and filtering.

  • Appointments: We’ve added grouping, sorting, and filtering.

  • Projects: We’ve added sorting and filtering.

  • Tasks: We’ve added sorting and filtering.

  • Calls: We’ve added sorting and filtering. We’ve also added a column for Status.

  • Emails: We’ve added sorting and filtering.

  • Opportunity & Estimates: We’ve added grouping, sorting, and filtering. We’ve also added columns for Opportunity # and Estimate #.

  • Forms: We’ve added sorting and filtering.

  • Memberships: We’ve added sorting and filtering. We’ve also rearranged the columns for Type, Duration/Billing, Tags, From, To, and Status.

  • Recurring Services: We’ve added sorting and filtering.

  • Recurring Service Events: We’ve added grouping, sorting, and filtering. We’ve also added new columns for Recurring service, Membership, and Job Date.

  • Forms: We’ve added sorting and filtering.
