Web Booking Summary Report GuideLast updated on 03/22/2022

This report will show you the performance of your web bookings. The report will pull in data directly from your web booking sources (the web scheduler, HomeAdvisor etc). This report includes jobs booked, jobs completed, job average, conversion rate, and more.


Common uses for this report:

  • Use this report to see booking metrics for existing web campaigns.

  • Use this report to see how much revenue is being generated from online leads.


How to find this report:

Click Reports > Search Web Booking Summary > Click the report name. Then you will be able to set filters and run the report.


Report filters

Business Unit

Filter by the business unit of the job booked from the web booking. This report can be run by a single business unit or all business units.

Date Range

Filter by date range. Use the From and To fields to set a custom date range. Date range corresponds to the date the web booking was created. In other words, the date the booking appeared on the Call Booking screen.


View or download the report

Click Update to view the report.

The report can be downloaded in three different formats:

  • Download PDF

  • Export to Excel (*.xlsx) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)

  • Export to Comma separated (*.csv) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)


Explanation of report columns

The report includes the following columns:

Booking Source

The source where the lead originated from.

Note: If Source is General it means the booking came through the ServiceTitan Web Scheduler. The ServiceTitan Web Scheduler Source on this report refers to jobs booked under the ServiceTitan Web Scheduler campaign. These jobs were not necessarily booked from a web booking. If you're only looking for web booking metrics, please disregard the ServiceTitan Web Scheduler row.

Leads

Number of web booking requests that have come in within the report date range. This includes Booked, Dismissed, and Open leads (leads that still appear on the call booking page).

Jobs Booked

Number of leads that were booked into jobs. Date range corresponds to the date the booking appeared on the call screen.

Jobs Completed

Number of jobs whose job status is Completed.

Revenue

Sum on invoice subtotals of complted jobs Calculation - Revenue: [Sum of invoice subtotals of [Jobs Completed]].

  • This does not include revenue from Canceled, On Hold, Scheduled jobs.

Jobs Canceled

Number of booked jobs whose status is Canceled.

Job Avg.

Average invoice subtotal of completed jobs. Excludes No Charge jobs, even if the subtotal meets the sold threshold.

Calculation - Job Avg.: [Revenue] / ([Jobs Completed] - [No Charge jobs])

Note: This average includes revenue from open and completed jobs, as well as jobs that are Canceled or On Hold. This includes jobs that are Recall or No Charge, if there is a dollar amount attached to the invoice.

Conversion Rate

The technician’s close rate. This conversion rate tells you how well the technician closes sales.

Calculation - Conversion Rate: [Number of Jobs Completed that meet the sold threshold, excluding No Charge jobs] / [Number of Jobs Completed, excluding No Charge jobs]

% New Customers

Total percentage of new customers who booked jobs through the online lead source.

Calculation - % New Customers: [Total number of new customers who booked a job through the lead source] / [Total jobs booked through the lead source] * 100%.


Explanation of report totals

Total

All total amounts are calculated by taking the sum of the entire column.

Calculation - Total: [Sum of column totals]
