You have the option to attach equipment to memberships. This helps you track replacement opportunities and ensure that the proper equipment is being serviced. Technicians can view what equipment is attached to a membership in ServiceTitan Mobile.
Things to know
Membership visits are booked from recurring events included with a membership.
Attaching equipment to a membership is optional. The recurring service should be performed whether equipment is attached or not.
Equipment can be added to an existing membership from the office.
View equipment attached to a recurring service
When you book a job from a recurring event with equipment attached, you can view the equipment details in ServiceTitan Mobile.
From the Dashboard, tap VIEW CURRENT JOB.
Tap INVOICE.
In the invoice, tap Membership Visit Equipment.
The Membership Visit Equipment screen lists the recurring service of the membership visit as well as details about the equipment attached to the service.
