You can verify if a customer has active memberships directly in ServiceTitan Mobile.
Steps
Tap into the job from the main dashboard.
Tap Contact details on the Job screen, located to the right of the customer information.
The Customer details screen shows you the customer’s memberships, with the dates of each membership. Look for Status to see if the membership is active or expired.
